What is the shelf life of your bottled products?
Most of our products have a shelf life of 6 to 12 months. Please check the 'Best Before' date printed on the neck of the bottle for specific information regarding each item.
How do you ensure glass bottles don't break during shipping?
We use custom-engineered, eco-friendly protective packaging designed specifically for glassware. Each bottle is individually cushioned to withstand the rigors of transit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, THE BOTTLE HOUSE ships to all 50 US states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international delivery in the near future.
What is your return policy for food and beverage items?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on food or drink items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Are your bottles recyclable or reusable?
Yes! All our glass bottles are 100% recyclable. We also encourage customers to wash and reuse them for home storage or DIY projects.
